The evening started well when on the way to Matt Jackson’s pit garage I chanced to meet this smiling and obliging gentleman,

before a happy band made their exit after first wishing Matt every success for Sunday.

Clearly our best wishes helped because in the driest, sunniest, final race of the weekend Matt took a well deserved victory.
